Schedule Lessons
PLEASE do the following before calling to schedule, these steps are in lieu of paper forms.
- Create a new contact of yourself in your mobile phone, specifically for swim lessons, that you will be sharing with me
- Type your first and last name as you would like me to address you
- Where it says "Company" please write your kids names and ages.
- Add your mobile phone number, and "custom label" any other name with phone number of any person who may have the kids during swim lessons: "Dad: Greg," "Grandma: Susan," "Aunt Jen" etc...
- Add your email that is associated with your iphone calendar, This is VERY important!!! Also, if any other person is responsible for getting your children to swim lessons, please also add their email address that is associated with their iphone calendar using the custom label feature. Please don't skip step 5, this step is the gift that keeps on giving all summer long. (If you don't have an iphone, any email will do.)
- Add your address, and any other address that swim lessons will take place at, please also custom label those addresses with who's home it is, for example: "Grandma: Susan" etc...
- In the notes section, if you feel so inclined, please share how you heard about SwimRich or who referred you.
- Finally, hit "Done" and then "share contact" and text it to me at 714-856-3646 and I will get back to you ASAP.
- When we schedule lessons, I will be inviting you to my "event" with the email address you provided me, so if it is the correct one associated with your iphone calendar, you will get a notification on your phone asking permission for our shared events to show up in your calendar. Please allow it so that when we agree on lesson days and times, the event will also arrive in your calendar.
